Military Training
With 10 years in the military,
6 of them as a noncommissioned officer, Edward has mentored and trained dozens of soldiers and airmen to passing or improving their scores on the Army Physical Fitness Test, the Army Combat Fitness Test, and the Air Force Physical Fitness Assessment. We know what it takes to raise your pushup score, lower your run time, shorten your swim time, or improve your pull-ups. Whatever your branch of service or service component, we have a proven track record of results, and we can help you to improve your score on your fitness test, whether it’s the ACFT, the AFPFA, the Marine Corps’ PFT, or the Navy PRT.
